Part-Time Female Support Worker (Driver Required – Immediate Start)

The Role
We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. The main focus of this role is supporting clients to access the community and take part in activities such as swimming, bowling, appointments, and other social outings. Some support within the home may also be required as part of the wider role.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting clients to attend social and leisure activities
- Providing safe transport to and from outings and appointments
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and participation
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Completing visit records and reporting any concerns
- Occasional support within the home, including light cleaning, meal preparation, and general household tasks
What We Are Looking For
- Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
- Must hold appropriate business insurance
- Must be able to provide references
- Must be comfortable supporting clients both in the community and within their homes
- Reliable, flexible, and available for an immediate start
- A caring, professional, and positive attitude
Desirable Experience
- Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs and/or learning disabilities
